Product introduction
Active Power Filter (APF) is a new type of special equipment for power harmonic control, which is made of modern power electronics technology and digital signal processing technology based on high-speed DSP devices.
It consists of two main parts: instruction current operation circuit and compensation current generation circuit. The external transformer detects the harmonic current and reactive current of each order in the power grid in real time to obtain its command current. The command current operation circuit monitors the current in the line in real time, converts the analog current signal into a digital signal, sends it to a high-speed digital signal processor (DSP) to process the signal, separates the harmonic from the fundamental wave, and sends a drive pulse to the compensation current generation circuit in the form of a pulse width modulation (PWM) signal, Drive IGBT or IPM power module to generate compensation current with the same amplitude and opposite polarity as the harmonic current of the power grid and inject it into the power grid to compensate or cancel the harmonic current and actively eliminate power harmonics.

Harmonic filtering function
1.In the range of capacity, the effective filtering capacity of target harmonic reaches 97%;
2.2~51th harmonics can be filtered, and the number and proportion of harmonic filtering can be set as required;
3.With fast harmonic compensation capability, and response time ≤ 5ms;
Reactive compensation function
1.Fine reactive power compensation from - 1 to 1 can be realized;
2.Two reactive compensation modes are provided: ① Constant reactive work mode; ② Constant power factor mode;
Unbalance compensation
1.Balance the three-phase current of the system, avoid single-phase overload of the transformer, and improve the effective capacity.
Other basic functions
1.The CT can be installed on the load side or the grid side according to the user's choice, and the equipment can automatically identify the CT phase sequence;
2.By setting, you can choose whether to compensate harmonic or reactive power preferentially;
3.The protection grade of equipment shall reach IP20;
4.It can withstand 2.5 times overload for 10ms.
